Abstract: PURPOSE: Super-paramagnetic porous micro particles with catalytic activity and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to prevent the increasing phenomenon of particle sizes of metal catalyst in a post heating process. CONSTITUTION: Super-paramagnetic porous micro particles with catalytic activity include a silica shell and a silica core. Magnetic nano-particles of spinel structures and metal catalyst are combined to the pores in the silica shell. The metal catalyst and the pores in the silica shell are based on molecule of a specific functional group. The molecule includes one or more functional groups selected from a group including hydroxyl group, carbonyl group, silanol group and includes one or more functional groups selected from a group including amine group and thiol group. The metal catalyst is platinum, rhodium, gold, palladium, or the alloy of the same.
Abstract translation: 目的:提供具有催化活性的超顺磁性多孔微粒及其制造方法,以防止后加热过程中金属催化剂粒径增大的现象。 构成:具有催化活性的超顺磁性多孔微粒包括二氧化硅壳和二氧化硅核。 尖晶石结构和金属催化剂的磁性纳米颗粒与二氧化硅壳中的孔结合。 金属催化剂和二氧化硅壳中的孔基于特定官能团的分子。 该分子包括一个或多个选自包括羟基,羰基,硅烷醇基的官能团,并且包括一个或多个选自胺基和硫醇基的官能团。 金属催化剂是铂,铑,金,钯或其合金。

Abstract: 본발명은기공에스피넬구조를갖는자성체나노입자및 금속촉매가결합된 실리카쉘; 및실리카코어로이루어진촉매활성을갖는초상자성다공성마이크론입자및 그의제조방법에관한것이다. 본발명의촉매활성을갖는초상자성다공성마이크론입자는금속촉매의크기를나노수준으로조절가능하고, 산화물자성체부근에금속촉매를부착시킬수 있으며, 산화물자성체와금속촉매를기공안에채울수 있어서, 촉매금속과환원이가능한금속산화물과의상호작용을극대화시킬수 있으며, 후열처리시 금속촉매의입자크기가커지는현상을방지할수 있다. 자성입자가담지된 기공에촉매활성을갖는금속을부착하게되면반응후 회수가가능한기능을가짐으로써재생가능융합촉매로활용할수 있다. 특히본 발명의촉매활성을갖는초상자성다공성마이크론입자는초상자성특성을유지할수 있고, 표면처리물질이없이도수용성및 유기용매에잘 분산되고, 덩어리지지않는다. 또한, 불포화탄화수소의산화반응의촉매로촉매활성이있음을확인하였다.
