    Abstract: A method for manufacturing a polycarbonate blend composition is provided to improve compatability and mechanical property such as tensile strength, Young's modulus, impact strength, etc. by using the ultrasonic wave. A method for manufacturing a polycarbonate blend composition comprises the steps of melt mixing a polycarbonate and an aliphatic polymer; and applying the ultrasonic wav. The aliphatic polymer is represented by the formula 1, wherein R is a linear or branched alkyl group of the carbon number 2-10, or a cycloalkyl group of the carbon number 3-8; R1 is a cycloalkyl group of the carbon number 3-8; and n is an integer of 1-1,000.
