Abstract: 테이프의 점착면에 부착되어 있는 흑연으로부터 대상 기판의 부착면으로 흑연 단일층을 전이시키기 위한 흑연 단일층 제작장치가 개시된다. 흑연 단일층 제작장치는 대상 기판을 고정하기 위한 기판부재, 기판부재로부터 테이프의 길이에 대응하여 이격되어 배치되며, 기판에 면접한 테이프의 가장자리로부터 점착면이 부착면으로부터 이격되도록 테이프를 들어올리되, 부착면에 흑연 단일층이 형성되도록, 기판에 면접한 테이프의 일단부에 대향하는 타단부를 저속으로 들어올리는 상승부재를 포함한다. 이에, 천연 흑연으로부터 흑연 단일층의 획득 수율을 높일 수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A graphite monolayer manufacturing apparatus is provided to improve the obtaining yield of a graphite monolayer compare to a process by hand with the risk of hand shaking. CONSTITUTION: A graphite monolayer manufacturing apparatus(100) comprises the following: a substrate member(120) for fixing a substrate(121); and an elevation unit(130) corresponding to the length of one end a tape to lift the tape(101) for separating an adhesive surface of the tape attached with graphite from a substrate, and slowly lifting the other end of the tape for forming a graphite monolayer on the adhesive surface. The substrate member includes a substrate fixing stand(124) for pressurizing the edge of the tape.
