Abstract: 본 발명은 고속 시료 샘플링 장치에 관한 것이다. 상기 고속 시료 샘플링 장치는, 미생물을 발효하거나 배양하는 발효기, 상기 발효기로부터 배출된 시료를 샘플 튜브에 균일한 양으로 채우는 채수부, 상기 발효기내의 시료를 균일한 유속으로 상기 발효기에서 상기 채수부로 이동시키는 연동식 펌프, 상기 채수부에 의해 시료들이 채워진 샘플 튜브들을 저장하는 시료 샘플 저장부, 및 상기 시료 샘플 저장부로 냉각수를 공급하는 저온 순환 수조를 구비하여, 시료를 빠른 시간 내에 효과적으로 수집할 수 있다. 상기 시료 샘플 저장부는 다수 개의 샘플 튜브를 고정시킬 수 있는 튜브 랙(Tube Rack)으로 이루어지며, 상기 튜브 랙에는 다수개의 튜브 고정홈, 상기 저온 순환 수조로부터 냉각수가 유입되는 유입구, 튜브 랙의 내부를 순환한 냉각수가 유출되는 유출구를 구비하여, 시료 샘플 저장부의 내부 온도를 저온으로 유지한다.

Abstract: A high speed sampling device is provided to measure microbial characteristic by keeping samples at ultra low temperature. A high speed sampling device(10) comprises a fermenter(100) which ferments or cultivates microorganism, a fraction collector(200) filling the sample ejected from the fermenter to sample tubes to the equal level, a peristaltic pump(300) moving the sample in the fermenter to the fraction collector at the uniform flux, a sample storage(400) storing the sample tubes filled with samples by the fraction collector, and a refrigerating bath(500) supplying the cooling water to the sample storage. The sample storage includes a tube rack fixing the sample tubes. The tube rack has a tube fixing groove on the top surface and an inlet port and an outlet port through which the cooling water from the refrigerating bath flows in and out.
