Abstract: PURPOSE: A tripodal linker compound is provided to easily substitute various functional substituents useful for biotechnology, and can universally apply to medical chemistry, drug delivery system, and the new medicine development like multifunctional dimmer or trimer. CONSTITUTION: A tripodal linker compound comprises one or two different sillyl-protecting groups in the chemical formula 1. In the chemical formula 1, P1 and P2 are respectively selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, trialkylsilyl], diarylalkylsilyl, and diarylalkylsilyl. n and m are the integer of 1-5 respectively.
