    Abstract: A piezoelectric element and a piezoelectric actuator using the same are provided to perform an accurate position control by enlarging the displacement of the piezoelectric actuator. A piezoelectric element(23) of a linear cantilever type vibrates independently in a bending direction and a lengthwise direction when an electrical signal is inputted. A first displacement enlargement device is fixedly arranged on a first surface of the piezoelectric element and respectively arranged on left/right nodes where a phase of a vibration mode is equalized. A second displacement enlargement device is fixedly arranged on a second surface opposite to the first surface of the piezoelectric element. A first fixing plate(31) is fixedly connected to the first displacement enlargement device and supplies a pre-load to the first displacement enlargement. A second fixing plate(33) is fixedly connected to the second displacement enlargement device and supplies the pre-load to the second displacement enlargement device. The piezoelectric element is generated by a current of a frequency with two same resonance modes.
