Abstract: The present invention provides a sensor for detecting adenosine triphosphate (ATP), including (a) a substrate; (b) an Au/Ag bilayer having nanopatterns on the substrate; (c) and luciferase fixed at the nanopatterns. According to the present invention, the sensor for detecting ATP is easy to use and has excellent reproducibility and can maintain mechanical strength and forms.
