Abstract: PURPOSE: A polymer blend resin composition is provided to be excellent in revealing usability, electric conductance, thermal conductance, thermal stability and mechanical property by using the master batch containing a filler so that the polymer blend resin composition can be widely used in various kinds of industries. CONSTITUTION: A polymer blend resin composition is extruded and processed by using the master batch containing filler with electric conductance thermal conductance. The master batch is made by mixing a filler (3) with a polymer having a low affinity with the filler among the first (1) and the second polymers. The first polymer and the second polymer have polymers with the combinations of polyolefin, polystyrene, polyester, polycarbonate, polyamide etc. The filler comprises the combinations of copper, silver, aluminum, carbon black, carbon fiber, graphite, graphene, alumina, silica, boron nitride, aluminum nitride, silicon carbide etc.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a polymer blend resin is provided to utilize supercritical carbon dioxide and to improve compatibility, thermal resistance, and mechanical properties. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a polymer blend resin composition includes a step of melt-extruding a polymer substrate blend which includes a first polymer and a second polymer. The polymer substrate blend includes 50-98 parts by weight of a first polymer and 2-50 parts by weight of a second polymer based on 100.0 parts by weight of the substrate polymer blend, an initiator, and a polyfunctional additives. The supercritical fluid includes supercritical carbon dioxide and is injected at 20-300 >= and a pressure of 10-500 bar.
