Abstract: PURPOSE: An injection mold using high-frequency induction heating is provided to heat quickly a specific part of a mold regardless of its size or shape by making some part heated locally from materials of high permeability and the rest from materials with low permeability. CONSTITUTION: An injection mold using high-frequency induction heating comprises a core forming unit momentarily heated by high-frequency induction heating. The core molding unit includes a first part(10) and second parts(20a,20b). The first part is made from a first material. The second part is locally heated by high-frequency induction heating. The second part is made from a second material. The permeability of the second material is higher than that of the first material. The second part is inserted into the first part as an insert.
