Abstract: PURPOSE: A composition for skin whitening containing a material which suppresses expression or activation of alpha-synuclein gene is provided to ensure skin whitening activity without citotoxicity. CONSTITUTION: A composition for skin whitening contains a material which suppresses expression or activation of alpha-synuclein gene. A pharmaceutical composition for skin whitening contains the composition. The alpha-synuclein gene encodes alpha-synuclein protein with an amino acid sequence of sequence number 1. The alpha-synuclein gene has a base sequence of sequence number 2. The material is an antibody or antibody fragment which specifically binds to the protein.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供含有抑制α-突触核蛋白基因表达或活化的材料的皮肤美白组合物，以确保皮肤美白活性而不引起宿醉性。 构成：皮肤美白组合物含有抑制α-突触核蛋白基因表达或活化的物质。 用于皮肤美白的药物组合物含有该组合物。 α-突触核蛋白基因编码具有序列号1的氨基酸序列的α-突触核蛋白.α-突触核蛋白基因具有序列号2的碱基序列。该物质是特异性结合蛋白质的抗体或抗体片段。
