본 발명은 빠른 반응성의 발광 전기화학 전지용 착물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 리간드가 결합된 중성 이리디움 착물에 있어서, 하기의 구조식 1을 갖는 빠른 반응성의 발광 전기화학 전지(LECs; Light-emitting electrochemical cells) 소자용 착물이다. [L 1 ] 2 IrL 2 (여기서, L 1 은 Ir에 결합하는 주요 리간드이고, L 2 는 Ir에 결합하는 보조 리간드로서 메달린(pendent; 부속된) 짝 양이온(counter cation)을 갖는 것임)
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A transition metal complex for an organic electron element, an organic solar cell using the same, and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to increase the area of the solar cell using the transition metal complex as an electron donor material for the solar cell. CONSTITUTION: An organic layer is formed between an anode and a cathode. A hole transferring layer, an active layer, an electron transferring layer, and an exciton disturbing layer are successively arranged to form the organic layer. CuPc is vacuum-deposited to form the hole transferring layer. At least one material is selective from a group including Ir, Os, Pt, Pb, Re, and Ru-based transition metal complexes. The selected material is mixed with(6, 6)-phenyl C_61 butyric acid methyl ester(PCBM) to form a mixture. The mixture is spin-coated to form the active layer. Fullerene is vacuum-deposited or the PCBM is spin-coated to form the electron transferring layer.
