Abstract: PURPOSE: A magnetic nanocomposite is provided to obtain protein isolation system which is magnetically recyclable by using a protein binding agent. CONSTITUTION: A magnetic nanocomposite contains: a core having magnetic nanoparticles, silica shell which coats the core, and fourth period transition metal oxide nanoparticle layer which coats the silica shell. A method for binding, isolating, or purifying a specific protein comprises: a step of binding a protein binding agent containing manetic nanocomposites with the specific protein in an organism mixture; and a step of isolating the specific protein from the organism mixture.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供磁性纳米复合材料，以获得通过使用蛋白质结合剂可磁性回收的蛋白质分离系统。 构成：磁性纳米复合材料包含：具有磁性纳米颗粒的芯，涂覆芯的二氧化硅壳和涂覆二氧化硅壳的第四周期过渡金属氧化物纳米颗粒层。 用于结合，分离或纯化特定蛋白质的方法包括：在生物体混合物中结合含有动力学纳米复合材料的蛋白质结合剂与特定蛋白质的步骤; 以及从生物混合物中分离特定蛋白质的步骤。
