Abstract: 본 발명은 액상의 디메틸 에테르를 추출 용매로 사용하여 고분자 합성 후의 불순물인 미반응 모노머, 분산제 등을 제거하여 고도의 순수한 고분자만을 수득할 수 있는 고분자 정제 방법 및 그 장치에 관한 것이다. CFCs 등의 불소나 염소를 포함하는 유독한 용매에서만 추출 제거가 가능하고, 종래 통상의 추출용 유기 용매로는 제거할 수 없었던 불순물인 불소계 및 실록산계 분산제를 본 발명에서는 유기 용매로 디메틸 에테르를 이용하여 추출하여 제거할 수 있는 장점이 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A purifying method of a polymer is provided to obtain highly pure polymers by removing unreacted monomers and dispersants by using dimethyl ether as an extraction solvent. CONSTITUTION: A purifying method of a polymer, using dimethyl ether as an extraction solvent, comprises a step of preparing a polymer after a synthesis, in an extractor (50); a step of condensing gas dimethyl ether to a condenser (40) by increasing the temperature of dimethyl ether in a distilling machine up to a predetermined temperature; and a step of transferring the liquid dimethyl ether after the condensation. Impurities are extracted from the polymer in the extractor while the liquid dimethyl ether circulates through the distilling machine, condenser, and extractor.
