    Abstract: PURPOSE: A recombinant vector and transgenic mouse for tissue-non specific expresison of human ferritin is provided to monitor cell and tissue therapy. CONSTITUTION: A recombinant vector for tissue-non specific expression of human ferritin contains a cytomegalovirus early enhancer element and a promoter containing beta-actin promoter which is operatively linked to human ferritin gene. The recombinant vector contains base of sequence number 1. A transgenic mouse which expresses human ferritin by tissue-non specific method is prepared by transforming by the vector. The promoter is CAG promoter. A method for producing the transgenic mouse comprises: a step of preparing the recombinant vector; and a step of transforming the vector into a mouse fertilized egg.

    Abstract translation: 目的:提供用于组织非特异性表达人铁蛋白的重组载体和转基因小鼠,以监测细胞和组织治疗。 构成:人铁蛋白的组织非特异性表达的重组载体含有巨细胞病毒早期增强子元件和含有β-肌动蛋白启动子的启动子,其与人铁蛋白基因有效连接。 重组载体含有序列号1的碱基。通过载体转化制备通过组织非特异性方法表达人铁蛋白的转基因小鼠。 启动子是CAG启动子。 制备转基因小鼠的方法包括:制备重组载体的步骤; 以及将载体转化为小鼠受精卵的步骤。
