Abstract: PURPOSE: A metal slit fresnel lens is provided to remove a total reflection problem. CONSTITUTION: A metal slit Fresnel lens(100) is composed of silicon(110) and a metal slit waveguide(120). The silicon is formed on the center of the lens on which total reflection does not occur. The metal slit waveguide is formed in an edge on which total reflection occurs. An area made of silicon and an area made of a metal slit waveguide are designed using a phase array antenna concept.
