Abstract: PURPOSE: A food and feed composition containing bacteriophage-derived novel endolysin LysBPS 13 are provided to ensure baceriolysis function specific to E.coli and Salmonella. CONSTITUTION: An endolysin LysBPS13 contains an amino acid sequence of sequence number 2. The amino acid of sequence number 2 is encoded by a nucleic acid of sequence number 1. The endolysin LysBPS13 is derived from Bacillus cereus infected bacteriophage BPS13(KCTC 12061). A food additive contains endolysin LysBPS13. A feed additive contains endolysin LysBPS13.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供含有噬菌体衍生的新型细胞内溶素LysBPS 13的食物和饲料组合物，以确保特异于大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌的分化功能。 构成：内溶素LysBPS13含有序列号2的氨基酸序列。序列号2的氨基酸由序列号1的核酸编码。细胞内溶素LysBPS13衍生自蜡状芽孢杆菌感染噬菌体BPS13（KCTC 12061）。 食品添加剂含有内溶素LysBPS13。 饲料添加剂含有内溶素LysBPS13。
