Abstract: 본 발명은 3차원 모델링 프로그램 또는 설계 도면이 저장된 저장부, 상기 저장부에 저장된 3차원 모델링 프로그램 또는 설계 도면을 이용하여 추출하고자 하는 플레이트(plate)의 위치 정보를 구하고, 상기 구해진 위치 정보를 바탕으로 각 플레이트의 3차원 점 정보를 추출하는 3차원 설계 데이터 추출부, 상기 3차원 설계 데이터 추출부에서 추출된 3차원 점정보를 이용하여 가열선 수 및 가열선 평균 속도가 포함된 가열선 정보를 생성하는 가열선 정보 생성부로 구성된 것으로서, 3차원 설계 데이터를 추출하는 기반이 마련되어 있지 않은 조선소 또는 선박설계 회사에 대해 LandingBodyPlan과 ShellExpansion을 이용하여 3차원 설계데이터를 추출함으로써 열간가공의 생산성 향상의 발판을 제공할 수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A hot pressing information producing device and method are provided to improve the productivity of heat processing by visually providing the shape of a member to be produced. CONSTITUTION: A storage unit(102) stores a 3D modeling program and a design drawing, and a 3D design data extractor(104) obtains the location information of a plate to be extracted by using the 3D modeling program and the design drawing, and extracts 3D point information of each plate based on the obtained location information. A heating line information generating unit(106) uses the 3D point information to generates the heating line information including the number of heating lines and the average speed.
