Abstract: PURPOSE: A position reference identifier for effective connection between a construction drawing and the features of a digital map is provided to supply an identifier including a generation year field for the provision of an administrative district. CONSTITUTION: Administrative district code information is checked(S230), and it is checked whether or not the last serial number of the district code information exists(S240). If the last serial number of the district code information does not exist, the number 000001 is assigned to the serial number(S250). If the last serial number exists, the number which is equal to 1 plus the last serial number is assigned as the serial number(S260). A spatial object identifier is generated(S270).

Abstract translation: 目的：提供用于施工图和数字地图的特征之间有效连接的位置参考标识符，以提供包括用于提供行政区的产生年份字段的标识符。 规定：检查行政区号码信息（S230），并检查是否存在区号码信息的最后序列号（S240）。 如果区码信息的最后序列号不存在，则将号码000001分配给序列号（S250）。 如果最后一个序列号存在，则将等于1加上最后一个序列号的号码分配为序列号（S260）。 生成空间对象标识符（S270）。

Abstract: 본발명은 Close-3POI 추출방법과이를이용하여 Web GIS에서위치검색서비스를위한응용방법에관한것으로, (a)세개의 POI명칭을이용하여 POI 점객체를서버의 POI Table로부터수신하는단계와; (b)모든점 객체쌍 a(∈POIA), b(∈POIB)에대하여사각형객체로의변환을수행하는단계와; (c)상기단계(b)에서생성된사각형객체들로공간조인연산을수행하기위해 R*-tree를생성하는단계와; (d)공간조인연산을수행하여, 서로거리 d 내에존재하는 POIA, POIB의점 객체쌍을구하는단계와; (e)1차연산종료조건을만족하는경우 1차연산을종료하고그러하지않은경우검색거리 d를증감하여 1차연산종료조건을만족할때까지 1차연산을반복하는단계와; (f)모든 i(∈InitialOutput)에저장된점 객체쌍 (a, b)과모든 c(∈POIC)에대하여사각형객체로의변환을수행하는단계와; (g)상기단계(f)에서생성된사각형객체들로공간조인연산을수행하기위해 R*-tree를생성하는단계와; (h)공간조인연산을수행하여, 거리 d 내에존재하는 (a, b, c)를구하는단계와; (i)2차연산종료조건을만족하는경우 2차연산을종료하고그러하지않은경우검색거리 d를증감하여 2차연산종료조건을만족할때까지상기 1차연산부터연산을반복하는단계, 및 (j)상기 1·2차연산의수행결과로, 근접한 POI 3-튜플셋의식별자및 좌표정보를저장하는단계로구성됨으로써, 서로근접한다수의 POI 3-튜플(3-tuple)의위치를각 부분지도로제공하되최소의실행시간으로적절한결과개수를제공하는효과가있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A close-3POI(Point Of Interest) algorithm and its application method for providing a location search service on a web GIS(Geographic Information System) are provided to offer close-3POI location search service for obtaining a proper number of results. CONSTITUTION: A POI point object comprises an identifier and a coordinate through a network. The POI point object and the number information is received from a POI table of a server. A left lower and a right upper coordinates of a rectangular object which is transformed from 'a' are(xA-d/2,yA-d/2) and(xA+d/2,yA+d/2). A left lower and a right upper coordinates of a rectangular object which is transformed from 'b' are(xB-d/2,yB-d/2) and(xB+d/2,yB+d/2).

Abstract translation: 目的：提供近距离3POI（兴趣点）算法及其在Web GIS（地理信息系统）上提供位置搜索服务的应用方法，以提供近3POI位置搜索服务，以获得适当数量的结果。 构成：POI点对象包括通过网络的标识符和坐标。 从服务器的POI表接收POI点对象和号码信息。 从“a”变换的矩形物体的左下和右上坐标为（xA-d / 2，yA-d / 2）和（xA + d / 2，yA + d / 2）。 从'b'变换的矩形对象的左上下坐标和右上坐标是（xB-d / 2，yB-d / 2）和（xB + d / 2，yB + d / 2）。
