Abstract: PURPOSE: A back pressure regulator is provided to use a cartridge for effectively preventing fluid from freezing when the fluid is depressurized and discharged through an outlet port. CONSTITUTION: A back pressure regulator comprises a fluid pressure regulating unit (140), an lower main body (170), and a plurality of cartridge heaters (180c,180d). The lower main body surrounds the bottom of the fluid pressure regulating unit and has an inlet port for accepting fluid and an outlet port for discharging the fluid at both sides. The plurality of cartridge heaters is inserted into the lower main body and has a bar shape.
