    Abstract: PURPOSE: A future water shortage prediction method using a weighted value calculation method is provided to promote the stability of water supply by reflecting a climatic change effect to a water resource supply program. CONSTITUTION: A CPU(center processing unit) stores past flux values in a main memory of a computer and selects a flux value which is close to a GCM(global circulation model) future flux prediction value. The CPU calculates a weighted value for past annual water shortage amount connected to the selected past flux value by using a program. The CPU calculates the weighted value in a future water shortage amount prediction section by repeating calculation levels. The CPU calculates water shortage rates through a weighted average value and provides the weighted value to the past flux value by using a mathematical equation through the program.
