Abstract:
본 발명은 용액 내에 존재하는 질소, 인산, 칼륨 등 다양한 화학성분의 농도를 동시에 반복적으로 자동 측정하여 온라인 상에서 시료 분석이 가능토록 함과 아울러 여러 종류의 센서를 동시에 장착하여 각 센서의 성능을 비교 분석할 수 있도록 한 어레이 타입의 이온 농도 자동 측정 장치 겸용 센서 성능 테스트 장치를 제공함과 아울러, 이 장치를 이용한 이온 농도 측정 방법 및 센서 성능 테스트 방법을 제공하기 위한 것이다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A device for measuring a plural ion-selective electrodes array adapting applicative ion concentration, a device for testing electrode performance, a method for measuring an ion concentration, and a method for testing an ion-selective electrode performance are provided to compare and analyze the performance of each sensor by mounting various sorts of sensors reacting to specific ions at the same time, thereby efficiently obtaining a sensor development through a performance test of an ion-selective electrode. CONSTITUTION: A device for measuring a plural ion-selective electrodes array adapting applicative ion concentration comprises buckets(1), a rinse bucket(2), an ion concentration measuring part, a signal converter(6), a receiver(7), a sample solution feeding line(8), a pump(9), a valve(10), a washing liquid feeding line(11), a valve(12), a spinning motor(13), a motor controller(14), and a computer(15). The bucket accommodates the sample solution. The rinse bucket accommodates the washing liquid. The ion concentration measuring part is composed of a plurality of ion-selective electrodes(4) and a reference electrode(5). The signal converter converts analog signals obtained from the ion-selective electrodes of the ion concentration measuring part in to digital signals. The receiver is installed in the lower part of the ion concentration measuring part to be rotated. The sample solution feeding line supplies the sample solution to the receiver side from the bucket.
