Abstract: PURPOSE: A halogen-introduced annonaceous acetogenin derivative and a method for preparing the same are provided to synthesize novel derivatives. CONSTITUTION: A halogen-introduced annonaceous actogenin derivative is denoted by chemical formula 1. A method for preparing the derivative of chemical formula 1 comprises: a step of dissolving a compound of chemical formula 2 under the presence of organic solvent; and a step of adding activated organic metal reagent to prepare a compound of chemical formula 1a.
Abstract translation: 目的：提供一种卤素引入的丙二醛衍生物及其制备方法，以合成新的衍生物。 构成：通过化学式1表示卤素引入的on型促生长素衍生物。化学式1的衍生物的制备方法包括：在有机溶剂的存在下将化学式2的化合物溶解的工序; 以及添加活性有机金属试剂以制备化学式1a的化合物的步骤。
