Abstract: PURPOSE: A centrifugation method and syringe for centrifugation are provided to extract blood by using syringe and to pass centrifugation process immediately inside the syringe without the need do move blood to other reservoir or tube. CONSTITUTION: The centrifugation method includes the steps of: storing an processing object inside the syringe(S10); first centrifuging the processing object of inside of syringe in the state of arranging nozzle to face outside of the center of rotation(S20). Density relatively highs among the component comprising the processing object, task specific component, arranged at nozzle by the first centrifugation, is discharged through the nozzle(S30). The syringe is reversed so the nozzle face inside of the center of rotation of syringe and second centrifuges the processing object of inside of the syringe(S40). Density is relatively low among the remaining component comprising the processing object and the other specific component, arranged at the nozzle by the second centrifugation, is discharged through the nozzle(S50).

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for centrifugation blood and a syringe for centrifugation are provided to rapidly simply extract specific components from a processing target by directly separating the specific components in the syringe. CONSTITUTION: A processing target is stored in a syringe and undergoes primary centrifugation in the syringe(S10, S20). A first specific component is arranged at the side of a nozzle by the primary centrifugation and is discharged through the nozzle(S30). The syringe is reversed, and remaining processing target in the syringe undergoes second centrifugation(S40). A second specific component is arranged at the side of the nozzle and is discharged through the nozzle(S50). The syringe is reversed. The syringe includes a barrel and a plunger which is linearly transferable inside the barrel. The nozzle is blocked while centrifugation.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A device of centrifugal separation is provided to prevent the infection according to a mobile history of the blood by collecting the blood from patients using one injector. CONSTITUTION: A device of centrifugal separation comprises a barrel(110), plunger(120) and coupling member(200). A nozzle is formed at one end of the barrel. Abstract: PURPOSE: A syringe is provided to restrain the arrangement of a plunger about a barrel through the self-structure of the syringe without a separate fixing device. CONSTITUTION: A syringe comprises: a barrel(110) in which a nozzle is formed in one end thereof; a plunger(120) which is received into the barrel in order to move in a straight line within the barrel; and a plunger manipulation unit(130) which is arranged in the other end part of the barrel, reciprocates with the plunger, and selectively restrains the arrangement of a plunger about a barrel. The plunger is linked with the reciprocating motion manipulation of plunger manipulation unit and is placed in a specific location within the barrel during centrifuge.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A centrifugation and an adapter used for the same are provided to proceed centrifugation using existing syringe without design changes in existing syringe. CONSTITUTION: The adapter includes: adapter body(201); a barrel settling portion(210); and a plunger settling portion(220). The upper side of the adapter is opened and the adapter is fixed to centrifuge to be equipped and separated one way or the other direction altogether. The barrel settling portion is formed in the upper side of the adapter body. The barrel settling portion settles the barrel(110). The plunger settling portion is formed in the upper side of the adapter body. The plunger settling portion settles a plunger(120). The plunger settling portion includes a flange fixing groove(222). A plurality of the flange fixing groove is formed into the different location separated from the barrel settling portion. The flange fixing groove fixes both sides of the end flange(122).
