Abstract: 본발명은관절경자가견인장치에관한것이다. 구체적으로는관절의근육절개부를통과하여관절내부에일단부가삽입되는가이드관(110)과, 상기가이드관의내부를통해나사결합되어관절의골두에끝단이밀착하는견인조절로드(120)를포함하되, 상기가이드관의일단부외면에는관절의근육절개부에삽입되어회동함에따라관절의근육내면에밀착하여걸리는견인날개(113)가결합되는구성으로되어있다. 이와같은구성에의하면, 간단한구조로관절경수술시에수술공간을용이하게확보함으로써수술시야를넓히고기구조작을간단하게하여시술을편리하게하는효과가있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An arthroscopy self retractor is provided to conveniently perform a surgical operation by easily obtaining a surgical operation space in an arthroscopic surgery. CONSTITUTION: A guide tube(110) passes through a muscle cut-out portion of a joint. One cutting-out portion is inserted inside the joint. A retraction control rod(120) is screwed through the inside of the guide tube. An end portion of the retraction control rod contacts the condylar of the joint. The muscle cut-out portion of the joint is inserted into one outer end portion of the guide tube. One outer end portion of the guide tube is combined with a retracting wing(113) while contacting the inner muscle surface of the joint.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供一种关节镜自动牵开器，通过在关节镜手术中轻松获得外科手术空间便于手术操作。 构成：导管（110）穿过关节的肌肉切口部分。 一个切口部分插入接头内。 缩回控制杆（120）通过引导管的内部旋入。 缩回控制杆的端部与接头的髁接触。 接头的肌肉切口部分插入导管的一个外端部。 引导管的一个外端部与收缩翼（113）组合，同时接触关节的内肌表面。
