Abstract: The present invention relates to a spiral wound water-treatment filter, and more specifically, provides a spiral wound water-treatment filter formed by a perforated infiltrating water collecting tube; and a plurality of semipermeable membranes consisting of a permeable spacer, a membrane, and a conductive supply spacer spirally coiled around the perforated infiltrating water collecting tube, wherein current is provided to the conductive supply spacer.
