Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for measuring soil contamination by environmental factor is provided to predict toxicity of soil based on the concentration of heavy metal. CONSTITUTION: A method for measuring soil contamination comprises: a step of collecting and drying sample from soil; a step of mixing the dried sample with metal salt compound solution to prepare mixture solution; a step of filtering the mixture solution to separate particle and solution; a step of measuring ion concentration; a step of collecting toxicity by heavy metal; and a step of calculating CEC50 value of the heavy metal atoms.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供一种根据环境因素测量土壤污染的方法，以根据重金属的浓度预测土壤的毒性。 构成：测量土壤污染的方法包括：从土壤中收集和干燥样品的步骤; 将干燥的样品与金属盐化合物溶液混合以制备混合溶液的步骤; 过滤混合溶液以分离颗粒和溶液的步骤; 测量离子浓度的步骤; 重金属收集毒性的一个步骤; 并计算重金属原子的CEC50值的步骤。
