Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for preparing an aqueous acrylic adhesive is provided to prepare an adhesive with high adhesive properties and heat resistance since plate-like silicate is uniformly dispersed in an aqueous emulsion adhesive. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing an aqueous acrylic adhesive comprises the steps of: preparing a clay dispersion by mixing clay and surfactants into distilled water; preparing a pre-emulsion by mixing surfactant with a monomer mixture consisting of 2-ethylhexylacrylate, n-butylacrylate, methylmethacrylate, and acrylic acid; and mixing the pre-emulsion and an initiator into the clay dispersion and polymerizing the resultant.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供一种制备水性丙烯酸粘合剂的方法以制备具有高粘合性和耐热性的粘合剂，因为板状硅酸盐均匀地分散在水性乳液粘合剂中。 构成：制备含水丙烯酸粘合剂的方法包括以下步骤：通过将粘土和表面活性剂混合到蒸馏水中制备粘土分散体; 通过将表面活性剂与由丙烯酸2-乙基己酯，丙烯酸正丁酯，甲基丙烯酸甲酯和丙烯酸组成的单体混合物混合来制备预乳液; 并将预乳液和引发剂混合到粘土分散体中并使所得物聚合。

Abstract: 본 발명은 클레이를 이용한 수성 아크릴계 점착제의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 클레이의 층상화합물을 이용하여 환경에 대한 유해성이 낮은 수성계 에멀젼 점착제를 층간중합법으로 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 수성 아크릴계 점착제의 제조방법은 증류수에 클레이와 계면활성제를 혼합하여 클레이 분산액을 제조하는 단계; 2-에틸헥실아크릴레이트, n-부틸아크릴레이트, 메틸메타크릴레이트 및 아크릴산의 모노머 혼합물과 계면 활성제를 혼합하여 예비 에멀젼을 제조하는 단계; 및 상기 클레이 분산액에 상기 예비 에멀젼 및 개시제를 혼합하여 중합하는 단계를 포함한다. 본 발명에서 제조된 점착제는 종래 수성 점착제의 문제점을 해결하고 우수한 내열성과 뛰어난 점착물성을 가진다.
