    Abstract: PURPOSE: An electrochemical biosensor and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to wide an operational range of the electrochemical biosensor by controlling multiple metal nanoparticles to have various sizes. CONSTITUTION: An electrochemical biosensor comprises a first electrode(121), a second electrode(123), multiple nanostructures(125), and multiple metal nanoparticles(127). The first and second electrodes are separately arranged on a substrate. The nanostructures are arranged on the substrate and connect the first and second electrodes. The metal nanoparticles are arranged on the nanostructures and change the electrical property of the nanostructures according to the attachment of biomaterials. The electrochemical biosensor has multiple operational ranges according to the size of the metal nanoparticles.
