본 발명에 의한 결합 촉진 장치는, 제1 전극과, 상기 제1 전극과 이격된 제2 전극과, 상기 제1 전극과 일 부분이 전기적으로 연결되고, 상기 제2 전극과 다른 부분이 전기적으로 연결된 채널부(channel unit)과 상기 채널부와 전기적으로 연결되어 전기적 자극을 인가하는 자극원(stimuli source) 및 상기 채널부에 연결되어 감지하고자 하는 타겟 물질과 상보적으로 결합하는 프로브(probe)를 포함한다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: An electrochemical biosensor and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to wide an operational range of the electrochemical biosensor by controlling multiple metal nanoparticles to have various sizes. CONSTITUTION: An electrochemical biosensor comprises a first electrode(121), a second electrode(123), multiple nanostructures(125), and multiple metal nanoparticles(127). The first and second electrodes are separately arranged on a substrate. The nanostructures are arranged on the substrate and connect the first and second electrodes. The metal nanoparticles are arranged on the nanostructures and change the electrical property of the nanostructures according to the attachment of biomaterials. The electrochemical biosensor has multiple operational ranges according to the size of the metal nanoparticles.

A bonding stimulating apparatus prepared by the present invention comprises: a first electrode; a second electrode which is separated from the first electrode; a channel unit whose one part is electrically connected with the first electrode and whose the other part is electrically connected with the second electrode; a stimuli source which is electrically connected with the channel unit in order to apply electric stimuli; and a probe which is connected with the channel unit in order to complementarily combined with a target material being sensed.
