Abstract: PURPOSE: A communication operating method and a device thereof are provided to manage an electrical fault blocking device by restricting the abnormal access of logical security. CONSTITUTION: A scheduler determines operational time and operational sequence. A processer controls based on an operation value. An electrical fault detector detects an electrical fault within monitoring area. A communication device notifies another device of the electrical fault. The processer controls an electrical fault blocking device based on the operation set point of the electrical fault blocking device which is determined by the scheduler.
