Abstract: PURPOSE: A composition and a method for inducing differentiation of stem cells into muscular cells are provided to prevent or treat muscular dystrophy, muscle inflammation, and fibrosis. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating muscle injury diseases contains a protein containing an amino acid sequence of sequence number 1 or 2 or a nucleotide encoding the amino acid sequence as an active ingredient. The muscle injury diseases are muscular dystrophy, muscular atrophy, myositis, polymyositis, peripheral vascular disease, or fibrosis.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供一种用于诱导干细胞分化成肌细胞的组合物和方法，以预防或治疗肌营养不良症，肌肉炎症和纤维化。 构成：用于预防或治疗肌肉损伤疾病的药物组合物含有含有序列号1或2的氨基酸序列的蛋白质或编码氨基酸序列的核苷酸作为有效成分。 肌肉损伤疾病是肌营养不良症，肌肉萎缩症，肌炎，多发性肌炎，外周血管疾病或纤维化。

Abstract: 본 발명은 줄기세포의 분화기작을 조절하는 Ang1(Angiopoietin 1) 또는 COMP-Ang1(Cartilage oligomeric matrix protein-angiopoietin 1)을 이용하여 근육 세포로의 특이적인 분화를 유도하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 줄기세포로부터 근육 세포로의 분화를 유도하는데 매우 효율이 높은 조성물 및 분화 유도능력을 이용한 근육 손상 질환의 치료용 조성물을 제공한다. 따라서 본 발명의 조성물의 우수한 활성은 근디스트로피, 근육 염증 및 섬유증 등의 근육 손상 질환의 개선 또는 치료에 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.
