Abstract: PURPOSE: A Capsicum annuum-derived homeobox 1(CaHB1) protein and gene are provided to ensure plant growth, aging delay and inflammation resistance. CONSTITUTION: A Capsicum annuum-derived homeobox 1(CaHB1) protein comprises an amino acid of sequence number 2. A gene encoding the CaHB1 comprises a sequence of sequence number 1. The gene expression is increased by drought, salinity, mannitol, ethephon or salicylic acid. A method for producing transgenic plant comprises: a step of transforming plant cells with a recombinant plant expression vector containing CaHB1 gene; and a step of redifferentiating the transgenic plant from the transformed plant cells.
Abstract translation: 目的：提供辣椒同源异型盒1（CaHB1）蛋白和基因，以确保植物生长，延缓衰老和耐炎。 构成：辣椒来源的同源异型盒1（CaHB1）蛋白包含序列号2的氨基酸。编码CaHB1的基因包含序列号1的序列。通过干旱，盐度，甘露醇，乙烯利或水杨酸来增加基因表达 酸。 一种生产转基因植物的方法包括：用含有CaHB1基因的重组植物表达载体转化植物细胞的步骤; 以及从转化的植物细胞重新分化转基因植物的步骤。
