Abstract: A method for fixing pollutants around firing ranges comprises the steps of: preparing a scattering material made by mixing a liquid with at least one kind of compound generating kalium positive ion, ammonium positive ion, and phosphate negative ion at the same time in solution; sprinkling the scattering material on the polluted soil around the firing range. The method for fixing pollutants reduces elution of heavy metals and explosives in the polluted soil, and not generates secondary pollution including pH increase. It can be applied in hard-to-approach area or dangerous area. Abstract: PURPOSE: An inclination control system for a bicycle high-level road is provided to enable a bicycle user to conveniently use the system by easily controlling the inclination of a bicycle high-level road. CONSTITUTION: An inclination control system for a bicycle high-level road comprises a pier(110), a bicycle road(120), and an upper structure(130). The pier is installed in a foundation formed in a vehicle driveway. The bicycle road is installed on the top of the pier. Inclination control units are installed in both ends of the bicycle road. The inclination control units supply external force to a part in which the inclination is rapidly changed.

Abstract: 자전거 고가도로의 경사조절 시스템은 자동차용 도로를 따라 설치된 기초부, 상기 기초 상에 설치되는 교각부, 상기 교각부 상에 설치되며 자전거의 주행성 확보를 위해 경사가 크지 않은 자전거용 도로부 및 상기 자동차용 도로의 경사가 급격히 변하는 부분에서 외부의 동력을 공급하여 자전거 및 자전거 이용자를 운송하는 경사조절부를 포함한다.
이에 따라, 도심과 같이 자전거용 도로를 위한 별도의 공간이 없더라도 기존의 자동차용 도로상에 자전거용 도로를 설치함으로써, 공간확보가 어려운 장소에 자전거용 전용도로의 설치를 가능하게 한다.
