Abstract: PURPOSE: A Magnaporthe oryzae deletion mutant in which MoLHS1 gene is deleted is provided to reduce pathogenicity and to develop novel agricultural chemical. CONSTITUTION: A Magnaporthe oryzae deletion mutant with reduced pathogenicity to blast is MoLHS1-deleted gene. The MoLHS1 gene comprises a base sequence of sequence number 1. A composition for reducing pathogenicity to blast contains MoLHS1 gene mutant. A recombinant vector contains the MoLHS1 gene mutant. A transformed Agrobacterium tumefaciens or Magnaporthe oryzae is obtained by transforming with the recombinant vector.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供其中缺失MoLHS1基因的米曲霉缺失突变体，以减少致病性并开发新型农药。 构成：具有降低的致死性的稻瘟病菌的缺水突变体是MoLHS1缺失基因。 MoLHS1基因包含序列号1的碱基序列。用于降低致病性的组合物含有MoLHS1基因突变体。 重组载体含有MoLHS1基因突变体。 通过用重组载体转化获得转化的根瘤土壤杆菌或稻米稻瘟病菌。
