Abstract: 본원 발명의 일 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본원 발명에 따른 스페로이드 또는 오가노이드 체외 모델을 3차원으로 모사하기 위한 미세 유체 칩은, 공급부, 상기 공급부의 하부에 형성되는 형성부, 상기 형성부의 하부에 형성되며, 상기 공급부로부터 배양용 세포 또는 혈관 조성용 물질을 공급받는 배양부를 포함할 수 있으며, 상기 공급부를 통해 공급된 유체가 상기 형성부 내부에 응축되어 맺혀 상기 배양부의 하부로부터 이격된 상태로 유지될 수 있다.

Abstract: 원통형의 구조에 원통의 아랫면을 중심원으로 공유하는 원뿔이 원통 방향으로 만입되어 있는 구조의 프리즘에서 원뿔의 경사면으로 빛을 입사시킨다. 이에 따라 프리즘의 아랫면과 공기층의 아랫면을 따라 표면 파가 형성된다. 또한 프리즘의 아랫면의 아래에 금속층을 더 형성하고 빛을 입사시켜, 금속층과 공기층의 경계면을 따라 표면 플라즈몬 파를 형성한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A prism for interference between surface waves and surface plasmon waves and a surface wave forming method using the same are provided to excite surface waves or surface plasmon waves using parallel lights entering the prism without an additional optical system, thereby obtaining interference between the surface waves and the surface plasmon waves. CONSTITUTION: A prism(10) for interference between surface waves and surface plasmon waves comprises a bottom surface(BS), two side surfaces(SS1,SS2) vertical to the bottom surface, and an incidence surface which is connected to the side surfaces and formed in a cone shape with the apex toward the bottom surface, where the apex angle is formed in a position where the side surfaces and the incidence surface are connected.
