Abstract: The present invention provides a cultivation method of a perennial plant using a cultivation box. The cultivation method may include a step of arranging a soil layer and the plant in the cultivation box, and a step of treating the plant in the cultivation box at low temperatures. The soil layer may include a first soil layer and a second soil layer. The step of arranging a soil layer may include: providing the first soil layer in the cultivation layer; arranging the plant on the first soil layer; and providing the second soil layer for covering the plant on the first soil layer.
