Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for preprocessing and enriching a sample by no drop microextraction in capillary electrophoresis, and more particularly, to a capillary electrophoresis using a headspace and no-drop microextraction (HS-NDME) to extract a sample just with a liquid of the surface exposed to an end portion of a capillary tube. The capillary electrophoresis using a headspace and no-drop microextraction comprises the steps of: i) preparing a sample to extract a headspace to make a donor phase; ii) filling a terminal portion of the capillary tube with an acceptor phase; iii) locating the terminal portion of the capillary tube filled with the acceptor phase on the headspace and extracting analyzed matters from the sample; and iv) flowing a run buffer to the capillary tube so as to carry out the capillary electrophoresis.
Abstract translation: 本发明涉及一种在毛细管电泳中通过无液滴微萃取来预处理和富集样品的方法,更具体地说,涉及使用顶空和无滴微量萃取(HS-NDME)的毛细管电泳,仅用液体萃取样品 的表面暴露于毛细管的端部。 使用顶空和无滴微量提取的毛细管电泳包括以下步骤:i)制备样品以提取顶空以制备供体相; ii)用受体相填充毛细管的末端部分; iii)将填充有受体相的毛细管的末端部分定位在顶部空间上,并从样品中提取分析的物质; 和iv)将运行缓冲液流动到毛细管,以进行毛细管电泳。

Abstract: 본발명은모세관전기영동에서방울이없이미세추출방법으로시료를전처리및 농축을하는기술에관한것이다. 보다상세하게는모세관끝 부분에노출된표면의액체만을가지고시료를추출할수 있는기술로서헤드스페이스추출법과결합한헤드스페이스-비방울미세추출방법을이용한 CE방법에관한것이다. 이를위한본 발명은ⅰ) 헤드스페이스추출을위해분석대상시료를준비하여분석대상물인주게상을만드는단계; ⅱ) 모세관의말단부분내로받게상을채우는단계; ⅲ) 받게상이채워진모세관말단부분을분석대상시료인분석대상물과이격된헤드스페이스상에위치시켜시료로부터분석물을추출하는단계; ⅳ) 모세관에런버퍼를흘려주어모세관전기영동을수행하는단계;를포함하는것을특징으로하는헤드스페이스추출과비방울미세추출방법(HS-NDME)을이용한모세관전기영동방법이다.
