Abstract: PURPOSE: A PEGylated conjugated linoeic acid(CLA) is provided to enhance solubility of CLA an d to improve biocompatibility. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition having high anti-obesity activities contains phegylated linoleic acid(PCLA). The pharmaceutical composition further contains carrier, excipient, and diluent. A food composition contains linoleic acid as an active ingredient. The composition is used in the form of tablet, capsule, granule, and pill.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供聚乙二醇化共轭亚油酸（CLA）以增强CLA和d的溶解度，以提高生物相容性。 构成：具有高抗肥胖活性的药物组合物含有胆固醇化亚油酸（PCLA）。 药物组合物还含有载体，赋形剂和稀释剂。 食品组合物含有亚油酸作为活性成分。 组合物以片剂，胶囊，颗粒剂和丸剂的形式使用。
