Abstract: 알코올과유지를에스테르교환반응시켜바이오디젤을제조하는방법은금속전구체가용해된알코올과유지를반응기내부로유입시키는단계와, 상기반응기내부에서의용매열반응을통해알코올에용해된금속전구체를금속속산화물로합성하는동시에합성된금속산화물을촉매로하여알코올과상기유지의에스테르교환반응을수행하는단계및 상기용매열반응및 에스테르교환반응을통해형성되는바이오디젤, 글리세롤및 금속산화물을각각분리하여수득하는단계를수행하는단계를포함한다. 상술한방법은용매열반응을통해형성된금속산화물을에스테르교환반응의촉매로이용하여바이오디젤의수율을 2차적으로향상시키는동시에금속산화물을부산물로얻을수 있다.

Abstract: A method of manufacturing biodiesel by performing trans esterification of alcohol and fat comprises: a step of bringing in the alcohol and fat in which a metal precursor is dissolved to the inside of a reactor; a step of synthesizing the metal precursor, dissolved in the alcohol by having a solvent heat reaction inside the reactor, to a metal oxide and performing trans esterification of alcohol and fat by having the synthesized metal oxide as a catalyst at the same time; a step of respectively separating and obtaining biodiesel, glycerol and metal oxide which are formed through solvent heat reaction and trans esterification. The previously mentioned method is capable of secondarily improving the yield of biodiesel and obtaining metal oxide as a by-product at the same time by using the metal oxide which is formed through solvent heat reaction as the catalyst of trans esterification.
