Abstract: 본발명은자일란이첨가된펄프의제조방법에관한것이다. 본발명에따르면, 양이온성고분자를펄프섬유에흡착시키는단계와, 상기펄프섬유를세척하는단계, 및음이온성의자일란성분이첨가된용액을상기양이온성고분자가흡착된펄프섬유에투입하는단계를포함하는자일란이첨가된펄프의제조방법을제공한다. 상기자일란이첨가된펄프의제조방법에따르면, 양이온성고분자가흡착된펄프섬유상에음이온성의자일란성분을흡착시킴에따라펄프섬유의물리적특성을향상시킬수 있는이점이있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for fabricating xylan ingredient-added pulp by adsorbing xylan on a pulp fiber is provided to improve physical property of the pulp fiber. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating xylan ingredient-added pulp comprises: a step of adsorbing cationic polymers onto a pulp fiber(S110); a step of washing the pulp fiber(S120); and a step of inputting a solution containing an anionic xylan ingredient onto the cationic polymer-adsorbed pulp fiber(S130). The cationic polymer is PEI(polyethylenimine), PDADMAC(polydiallydimethylammonium chloride), C-PAM(poly-acrylamide), or PAE(polyamine epichlorohydrin). The xylan ingredient is hemicelluloses extracted from liquid generated during digesting woods. The xylan ingredient is glucuronoxylan or arabinoxylan. Abstract translation: 目的：提供通过将木聚糖吸附在纸浆纤维上制备木聚糖成分添加纸浆的方法，以改善纸浆纤维的物理性能。 构成：制备木聚糖成分添加纸浆的方法包括：将阳离子聚合物吸附到纸浆纤维上的步骤（S110）; 洗涤纸浆纤维的步骤（S120）; 以及将含有阴离子木聚糖成分的溶液输入到阳离子聚合物吸附的纸浆纤维上的步骤（S130）。 阳离子聚合物是PEI（聚乙烯亚胺），PDADMAC（聚二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵），C-PAM（聚丙烯酰胺）或PAE（多胺表氯醇）。 木聚糖成分是从消化木材中产生的液体中提取的半纤维素。 木聚糖成分是葡糖醛酸木聚糖或阿拉伯木聚糖。 （附图标记）（AA）开始; （BB）结束; （S110）将阳离子聚合物吸收到纸浆纤维上; （S120）清洗纸浆纤维; （S130）将木聚糖成分输入到纸浆纤维上
