    Abstract: PURPOSE: A system using a noise map for monitoring and controlling noise in a wind power generation complex is provided to determine a noise level which becomes different in the day and night times and output in a real time basis qualitatively and quantitatively and to correspond possessively to the noise limit which becomes different in the day and night times. CONSTITUTION: A system using a noise map (301) for monitoring and controlling noise in a wind power generation complex comprises a wind power generator (100), a W-ENPRO (300), and a control unit (200). The W-ENPRO is a noise propagation predicting program. The control unit transmits and feedbacks signals to the wind power generator and the W-ENPRO. A separate operation motor is installed in the inside of the wind power generator when installing the control unit of the wind power generator. The wind power generator transmits the information of the output, a wind speed, a pitch angle, and RPM. The control unit transmits the information to the W-ENPRO. The W-ENPRO generates noise data by using a predetermined equation based on the information.
