Abstract: 본발명은플루오린이도입된벤조타이아졸유도체, 이의제조방법, 이를이용한알츠하이머질환진단용영상화제에관한것으로, 더욱구체적으로는화학식 1로표시되는플루오린이도입된벤조타이아졸유도체, 이를제조하기위한출발물질로서화학식 2의유도체, 이들의제조방법과알츠하이머질환의바이오마커일종인베타아밀로이드플라크와의강력한결합능을갖는플루오린이도입된벤조타이아졸유도체를이용하여알츠하이머질환을진단할수 있는영상화제에관한것이다. 본발명에의하면, 종래합성이어려웠던플루오린이표지된벤조타이아졸유도체를간단한공정에의해얻을수 있으며, 이렇게얻어진벤조타이아졸유도체를이용하여알츠하이머질환의유병여부, 진행정도를진단하는데유용하게사용할수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An imaging agent for Alzheimer's disease diagnosis using benzo thiazole derivative is provided to simple produce the derivative and use for diagnosing occurrence and progression of Alzheimer's disease. CONSTITUTION: A benzo thiazole derivative in which the fluorine is introduced is denoted by chemical formula 1. The manufacturing method of the benzo thiazole derivative in which the fluorine is introduced comprises: a step of manufacturing the compound it lets couple in under pyridine solvent the compound and compound(1 step); a step of manufacturing the compound it reacts under the toluene solvent with the lawesson reagent (lawesson's reagent) the compound(2 step); a step of reacting basic solvent with the potassium ferricyanide (K3Fe(CN)6) it manufactures the introduced compound(3 step); and a step of manufacturing the compound substituted for R2 and R3 the nitro radical of the compound is metamorphosed(4 step).
Abstract translation: 目的：提供使用苯并噻唑衍生物进行阿尔茨海默病诊断的成像剂，简单地产生衍生物并用于诊断阿尔茨海默病的发生和进展。 构成：其中引入氟的苯并噻唑衍生物由化学式1表示。其中引入氟的苯并噻唑衍生物的制备方法包括：制备其在吡啶溶剂下将化合物与化合物 和化合物（1步）; 制备其在甲苯溶剂下与规则试剂（法定试剂）化合物（2步）反应的化合物的步骤; 碱性溶剂与铁氰化钾（K3Fe（CN）6）反应的步骤，制备引入的化合物（3步）; 并且制备取代R2和R3的化合物的步骤是化合物的硝基变质（4步）。
