PURPOSE: A liquefying apparatus and method of feed stream using refrigerant mixture, and transferring apparatus system thereof are provided to prevent environmental contamination by liquefying feed stream using the second refrigerant which has higher boiling point than the first refrigerant and the first refrigerant including hydrocarbon materials. CONSTITUTION: A liquefying apparatus and method of feed stream using refrigerant mixture, and transferring apparatus system thereof comprise the first compression unit(210), the first heat exchanger(220), the second heat exchanger(230), the second compression unit(240), and the third compression unit(250).The first compression unit compresses the feed stream of the weather to target pressurize the feed stream of weather. The first heat exchanger liquefies the feed stream of weather to feed stream of liquid using the first refrigerant liquid and the second refrigerant liquid. The second compression unit compresses the first refrigerant outputted from the first heat exchanger. The second heat exchanger liquefies the compressed first refrigerant to the first refrigerant liquid by using the second refrigerant liquid. The third compression unit liquefies the second refrigerant outputted by the second heat exchanger to the second refrigerant liquid by compressing and refrigerating. The second refrigerant liquid cools the feed stream to the first temperature. The first refrigerant liquid cools the feed stream into the second temperature which is lower than the first temperature. PURPOSE: A liquefaction apparatus, a liquefaction method, and a fluid transferring system including the same are provided to improve the operational energy of the liquefaction apparatus by liquefying carbon dioxide through multi-stepped compressing and expanding processes. CONSTITUTION: A liquefaction apparatus(110) is composed of a compressing unit(210), a condenser(220), and an expanding unit(230). The compressing unit gradually compresses gaseous first feed stream using a plurality of compressors such that ensures a first target pressure at the first feed stream. The condenser condenses the first feed stream of the first target pressure into liquid second feed stream. The expanding unit eliminates gaseous components from expanded second feed stream at each expanding step.
