Abstract: PURPOSE: A front panel assembly, a panel plasma display including the same and a method for manufacturing the panel plasma display are provided to improve a discharge property by forming a multi-protective layer structure in order to prevent the chemical deformation. CONSTITUTION: A front panel assembly(10) is combined to a rear substrate in order to form a plasma display panel. A protective layer(17) includes a main protective layer(18) and an auxiliary protective layer(19). The main protective layer, which is based on alkaline earth oxide, is formed on a dielectric layer. The auxiliary protective layer is formed on the main protective layer and prevents the deformation of the main protective layer.
