본원은 아라키돈산 및 그 유도체 검출용 물질을 포함하는 저산소증 검출 또는 저산소증 관련 질환 진단용 조성물, 키트 및 방법을 제공한다. 본원에 따른 조성물, 키트 및 방법은 생물학적 시료에서 생체 표지자의 검출을 통해 간편하고 신속하게 저산소증의 유무 검출 및 이를 이용하여, 저산소증에 의해 유발되는 질환의 예방 또는 조기 진단, 질환의 중증도, 치료 효과 판정 또는 경과추적 등에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
Abstract:
The present invention provides: a composition, which includes a substance for detecting arachidonic acid and derivatives thereof, for detecting hypoxia or diagnosing diseases related to hypoxia; a kit; and a method for the same. According to the present invention, hypoxia is easily and rapidly detected by detecting a biomarker in a biological sample. Therefore, the composition, the kit, and the method can be advantageously used for preventing or early diagnosing diseases caused by hypoxia, determining severity of the disease and a treatment effect, or tracing a treatment course.The derivative of arachidonic acid is generated in a pathway of lipoxygenase of the arachidonic acid.

PURPOSE: A polynucleotide for drug metabolism prediction including single nucleotide polymorphism of a nr1i2 gene, a kit and a drug metabolism prediction method using thereof are provided to increase prediction probability and predict metabolic activation of bupropion according to process of rifampin by simple confirmation of genotype. CONSTITUTION: A marker for predicting drug metabolism includes polynucleotide or complement thereof consisting of 8-200 continuous DNA sequences which respectively include 705th,34403rd, and 34823rd DNAs of polynucleotide which is represented by sequence number 1[SEQ ID NO:1]. The drug is bupropion. The drug metabolism is metabolism of the bupropion according to administration of rifampin. In the metabolism of bupropion, the bupropion is converted into hydroxybupropion. A kit for drug metabolism prediction includes a marker for the drug metabolism prediction. The drug metabolism prediction method comprises the following steps: obtaining nucleic acid sample material which includes NR1I2 gene; amplifying the polynucleotide which respectively includes 705th, 34403rd, and 34823rd DNAs of polynucleotide which is represented by sequence number 1; and determining genotype of 705th, 34403rd, and 34823rd DNAs of the polynucleotide which is represented by sequence number among the amplified polynucleotides.

The present invention provides a composition, a kit and a method for diagnosing sleep apnea, including material for detecting arachidonic acid and derivatives thereof. The composition, the kit and the method according to the present invention can trace progress or simply and quickly determine a symptom of sleep apnea, seriousness of illness and treatment effect through detecting biomarkers in a biological sample.
