Provided are a method and an apparatus for estimating a long-term transmission rate of a terminal, comprising the steps of calculating a burst transmission rate of each pilot signal which is transmitted from a base station to a target terminal to calculate the long-term transmission rate; and calculating the long-term transmission rate of the target terminal using distribution of the calculated burst transfer rates and the number (N) of terminals which are serviced by the base station.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A dynamic allocation method of a user terminal and a dynamic allocation system thereof are provided to select a base station in order for a user terminal to make optimal performance and to increase the performance of the entire system. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of user terminals includes a base station and calculates performance variation of the entire network based on the number of user terminals (S306). In case the calculated performance variation is greater than a critical value (S308), the user terminal requests handover to the base station (S310). The base station processes whether to perform handover (S316). 장기 전송률을 산출하고자 하는 타겟 단말기에게 기지국이 전송한 파일럿 신호들 각각에 대한 순간 전송률을 산출하는 단계; 및 산출된 상기 순간 전송률들의 분포와, 상기 기지국으로부터 서비스를 받고 있는 단말기들의 개수( N )를 이용하여 상기 타겟 단말기의 장기 전송률을 산출하는 단계;를 포함하는 단말기의 장기 전송률 예측 방법 및 장치가 제공된다.
