Abstract: 본 발명은 전자의료정보 생성시스템 및 기록시스템에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 전자의료정보 관리시스템은 환자의 의료기록데이터를 기초로 내원정보, 증상정보, 검사정보, 사망정보, 진단정보, 처방정보, 수술정보, 치료정보 및 치료계획 중 적어도 어느 하나의 정보를 포함하는 의료정보를 추출하는 정보추출부; 상기 의료정보간 시간적 선후관계와 상호인과관계를 추론하는 관계추론부; 타임라인상의 임의의 일 시점을 기준으로 적어도 일 측에 윙을 갖는 표현모델을 이용하여 상기 상호인과관계에 따라 상기 의료정보를 상기 윙에 배치하고, 상기 시간적 선후관계에 따라 타임라인상에 나열하여 상기 의료정보를 시각화하는 시각화부; 및 상기 시각화된 표현모델을 표시하는 디스플레이부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이를 통해, 기록된 의료정보를 충실히 반영하고, 의료정보의 유기적인 관계를 쉽게 파악할 수 있다.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an electronic medical information generating and recording system, and an electronic medical information management system according to the present invention comprises: an information extraction unit for extracting medical information including one or more pieces of information among hospital visit information, symptom information, examination information, death information, diagnosis information, prescription information, surgery information, treatment information, and treatment plans based on medical record data of a patient; a relationship estimation unit for estimating a time-order relationship and a reciprocal cause-and-effect relationship between pieces of the medical information; a visualization unit for placing the pieces of the medical information in a wing according to the reciprocal cause-and-effect relationship using a representation model having the wing in at least one side based on one arbitrary time point in a timeline, arranging the pieces of the medical information according to the time-order relationship, and visualizing the pieces of medical information; and a display unit for displaying the visualized representation model. Through this, the electronic medical information management system thoroughly reflects recorded medical information and makes it easy to figure out close relationships between pieces of the medical information.
