Abstract: PURPOSE: A heat pump system and a control method thereof are provided to reduce energy consumption of a compressor and improve driving performance while minimizing the speed reduction loss, the restarting loss, and the acceleration loss of the compressor. CONSTITUTION: A heat pump system comprises an auxiliary refrigerant supplying unit(150). The auxiliary refrigerant supplying unit comprises a bypass pipe(160), a first control valve(170), a second control valve(180), and a high pressure insulation cylinder(190). When the partial load operation of a compressor is performed, some quantity of the refrigerant discharged from the compressor is filled in the high pressure insulation cylinder and in case the restarting the compressor is performed, and when the compressor restarted, the refrigerant filled in the high pressure insulation cylinder is supplied to the compressor.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A heat pump system with an injector and a control method thereof are provided to accurately control the amount of fluid on the basis of a discrete flow. CONSTITUTION: A heat pump system with an injector and a control method thereof comprise a first heat exchanger(100), an injector(210), a second heat exchanger(300), a converter(400), and a compressor(500). The first heat exchanger heat exchanges working fluid with the air. The injector is connected to the first heat exchanger, and decompresses the working fluid. The second heat exchanger is connected to an expansion unit, and heat exchanges the working fluid with the air. The converter is connected to the first and second heat exchangers, respectively. The converter determines the flow direction of the working fluid. The compressor is connected to the converter, and increases the pressure of the working fluid.

Abstract: 본발명의목적은무엇보다도팽창밸브의개도를조절하여냉매유량과팽창전후의압력차이를제어는방식으로히트펌프시스템을설계하는경우에닥치는팽창전후압력과냉매유량사이의커플링된관계에기인하는한계를극복할수 있는새로운히트펌프시스템과그 제어방법을제공하는것이다. 이를위하여본 발명에서는, 제1열교환기; 제2열교환기; 상기제1열교환기및 상기제2열교환기와각각연결되어작동유체의흐름방향을결정하는변환기; 및상기변환기와연결되고, 내부를흐르는작동유체를승압시키는압축기를포함하고, 상기인젝터는, 제1관로; 상기제1관로와연통되는것으로상기제1관로보다좁게형성된제2관로; 상기제1관로내에서이동가능하게설치된것으로상기제1관로와상기제2관로가연결된부분에서상기제2관로를폐쇄하거나개방하는기능을하는스탬; 및상기스탬의이동을제어하는구동유닛를포함하고, 상기구동유닛은상기스탬이상기제1관로내에서상기제2관로를폐쇄하는위치와개방하는위치사이에서 on/off 방식으로이동하도록하고, 1회의 on/off 동작중에제1관로를통해제2관로로흐르는작동유체의흐름이폐쇄생태로유지되는시간간격과개방상태로유지되는시간간격을조절하여인젝터를통과하는작동유체의유량을제어하는히트펌프시스템을제공한다.
