Abstract: The present invention relates to a closed deep brain stimulation system for correcting the gait of patients by measuring the gait and a method for implementing the same, and more specifically, to a system and a method for implementing the same, wherein the system finds the symptoms of patients in life; adjusts the degree of stimuli accordingly; and enables a more precise diagnose and correction of gait by measuring the gait of patients who have an abnormal gait like Parkinson′s disease symptoms and providing appropriate stimuli through a deep brain stimulation (DBS) device when the patients have an abnormal gait. Abstract: 본 발명은 환자의 걸음을 측정하여 교정하는 폐쇄형 심뇌장극시스템 및 이를 실행하는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 구체적으로는 환자의 증상을 생활 속에서 직접 발견하고 그에 따른 자극 정도를 조절함으로써 보다 정확한 진단과 교정이 가능하도록 하기 위하여, 파킨슨병 환자와 같이 걸음걸이에 이상이 있는 증상을 갖는 환자의 걸음걸이를 측정하여 이상이 있는 경우 심뇌자극(Deep Brain Stimulation, DBS) 장치를 통해 적절한 자극을 줌으로써 환자의 걸음걸이를 교정할 수 있는 시스템에 관한 것이다.
