Abstract: The present invention relates to a cellulolytic enzyme and gene thereof. The cellulolytic enzyme of the present invention is a mutated enzyme which substitutes 141st amino acid asparagine of Bacillus circulans with threonine or valine. The cellulolytic enzyme increases activities two times more than wild types so that the cellulolytic enzyme can be industrially useful.

Abstract translation: 本发明涉及一种纤维素分解酶及其基因。 本发明的纤维素分解酶是将环状芽孢杆菌的第141位氨基酸天冬酰胺与苏氨酸或缬氨酸取代的突变酶。 纤维素分解酶的活性比野生型增加了两倍，因此纤维素分解酶可以在工业上有用。
