The present invention relates to a method for collecting data regarding food safety. More specifically, the data mining method for collecting data regarding food safety is implemented to reflect the climate change. The data mining method for collecting data regarding food safety is implemented to reflect the climate change according to an embodiment of the present invention utilizes a database storing the monitoring data regarding harmful substances contained in food items and data regarding climate elements such as the temperature, rainfall, and humidity and a computer connected to the database. The present invention employing such configuration enables a user to efficiently search for the data needed for food safety management in a large amount of data.

PURPOSE: A data mining method for food safety responding to climate change is provided to search data required for safe food management by reflecting climate change factors, thereby accurately managing food in responding to climate change. CONSTITUTION: A region for data mining, the climate factor of the region, and the temporal range of the climate factor are selected (S100). A hazard factor to be used for data mining is selected among hazard factors caused by harmful materials (S110). A search is performed in a database, which has monitoring data and the climate factor data, in connection with the region, climate factor, temporal range, and hazard factor (S120). A linked search calculates the amount of a change in the climate factor in the temporal range and searches the database based on the change. CONSTITUTION: A specific area, a climate factor, and a temporal range of the climate factor are selected for searching a harmful material transition mechanism corresponding to climate change (S100). A harm factor which is utilized for a search of a transition mechanism is selected (S110). The harm factor is generated by harmful materials.
